Pantry Tracker
A pantry tracker that stops food going to waste
Know exactly what you own, where it lives and when it expires — then cook it before it turns.
What Potlikkr's pantry tracker does
Manual inventory is where most pantry apps fail. Potlikkr makes stocking fast and keeps it useful.
Scan instead of typing
Add stock by scanning a barcode, snapping a receipt or photographing your fridge — items, sizes and prices land in your pantry.
Expiry alerts
Get warned before food turns so you can cook it first, and watch a freshness score climb as you use things up.
Low-stock restocking
Staples rebuild on your shopping list automatically, weekly or on demand, so you never run out mid-week.
Locations that make sense
Organise by fridge, freezer, pantry and custom locations so anyone in the household can find and update stock.
How it works
-
1
Add your stock
Scan barcodes or receipts, or add items by hand with quantity, location and expiry.
-
2
Use it up
Recipes and alerts surface what's expiring first so food gets cooked, not binned.
-
3
Restock smart
Low-stock staples flow onto your list with prices, so restocking is one tap.

Pantry tracker FAQ
How do I add items fastest?
Scan a barcode for packaged goods, snap a receipt (Basic+) to add many items at once, or type them in. Package sizes are mapped automatically.
Does it track expiry dates?
Yes. Set expiry dates and Potlikkr alerts you before food turns, with a freshness score that rewards using things up.
Can my household update the pantry too?
Yes. Everyone in a shared household sees and can update the same pantry, lists and plan.
Is barcode scanning free?
Barcode lookup and manual entry are free. Receipt scanning is included on paid tiers with a monthly allowance on Free.
