Terms of Service

1. What Potlikkr is

Potlikkr provides meal planning, pantry tracking, grocery price comparison, health logging, community recipes and food-event discovery ("Gather"). Accounts are free; paid tiers (Basic, Pro) unlock additional features as described on the pricing page.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe. One account per person; households share a plan through seats. Tell us promptly about unauthorized access via the contact page.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans bill monthly or yearly through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case through support. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping at abusive rates, no uploading content you don't own, no harassment in community areas, no attempts to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of recipes, photos, reviews and events you post. You grant us a license to display them within the service (including public teasers and community pages). Don't post content that infringes others' rights.

6. Health and nutrition information

Nutrition data, calorie goals and health features are informational only and not medical advice. Consult a professional for dietary or medical decisions.

7. Gather events and tickets

Event listings come from organizers and community imports; we don't guarantee their accuracy. Ticket purchases are processed by our payments partner; organizer cancellations trigger automatic full refunds. Attending events is at your own risk.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
