Alfredo's Noodles

Alfredo's Noodles — een communityrecept op Potlikkr.

Ingrediënten

• 1.0 lb Fettuccine
• 0.25 tsp Oregano
• 1.5 cup Sliced Mushrooms
• 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

+ 6 ingrediënten meer — meld je gratis aan om alles te zien.

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Saute for five minutes. Add cream and cook for two minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain fettuccine and place in a warm bowl. Add hot sauce and both cheeses and toss gently. Serves 4. (more on the next page)
