• 0.25 tsp Cream Of Tartar
• 1.0 cup Brown Sugar
• 1.0 tsp Vanilla

Méthode (aperçu)

   In large bowl of electric mixer, beat together egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy. Beat in brown sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, until sugar is dissolved and mixture stands in stiff peaks. Do not underbeat. Fold in vanilla and toasted almonds. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 300 F 30 mins. Cool completely on wire racks.
