Amanda's Angel Food Cake

Amanda's Angel Food Cake is built on Egg White, Sugar, Flour, Cream Of Tartar, and Salt. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Sift the dry ingredients together 4 times. Beat the egg whites until dry.

   Fold dry ingredients into eggs. Add flavoring and bake at 250-F for 1 hour.
