   PREP: Angel Biscuits: one of the relatively few recipes that uses both baking soda and yeast. These Biscuits should be served warm from the oven. (Microwaves toughen dough.) They are mixed quickly like biscuits and raised once like yeast dough. Buttermilk adds the tang.
