   Heat oven to 375F. Spray 9" sq pan with nonstick cooking spray.

   In large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine until well blended.

   Add egg beaters (or other egg substitute); blend well.

   Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

   Add flour and all remaining ingredients; mix well.

   Pour into sprayed pan; spread evenly.

   Bake at 375F for 30 - 40 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
