- 6.0 Rome Beauty Or Winesap Apples
- 4.0 tbsp Butter
- 6.0 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4.0 cup Cream

Peel, core & quarter apples & place in shallow baking dish. Dot with butter

& sprinkle brown sugar over top. Cover & bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Pour
cream over apples. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until soft.
