Apple Chunk 02

Apple Chunk 02 is a breads recipe made with Milk, Bread Flour, Vegetable Oil, Yeast, and Sugar. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup
• 1 1/2 cup
• 2 tbsp
• 1 tsp
• 1 tbsp
• 1/4 tsp
• 3/4 tsp

Method (preview)

   Mix all ingredients as you usually do except the apple.

   Before the final rising remove the dough.

   Mix 1/8 c. sugar with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and toss with apples.

   With the palms of your hands flatten dough into a rectangle and sprinkle evenly with the apple mixture.

   Roll up best you can and shape into a mound. Replace the dough in the machine and allow it to rise and bake.
