Apple Coffee 03

A home-style Apple Coffee 03 made with All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Sugar, and Milk. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup
• 2 1/4 tsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 1/2 cup
• 1/2 cup
• 1/4 cup
• 1/4 cup
• 2 tbsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 2 tbsp

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Sift first four ingredients. Combine egg, milk, melted butter and apples. Add to dry ingredients and stir only enough to moisten.

   Turn into greased 8-inch square pan.

   Mix dry ingredients for topping, cut in butter and sprinkle over batter.

   Bake at 400F until a skewer inserted in center comes out clesn (about 30 minutes)
