Method (preview)

   In a large saucepan blend the first five DRY ingredients.

   Stir in 10 cups water, cook on medium-high heat until thick/bubbly then cook 2 more minutes.

   Add apples.

   Stir constantly and bring to rolling boil, cook 1 minute.

   Ladle into jars 1/2" headspace.

   Seal.
