Apple Strudel 01

Method (preview)

   Roll dough on floured as thin as possible and set aside.

   Wash, peel, and slice apples.

   Pour lemon juice over the apples to keep the apples from turning brown.

   Mix with cinnamon and sugar.

   Spread the apple mixture, cherries, and rasins onto the dough.

   Sprinkle gelatin powder and roll into a log about 3" in diameter.

   Place on cookie sheet.
