Banana Pine 01

Banana Pine 01 comes together with Granulated Sugar, Self Raising Flour, Ground Cinnamon, Veg Oil, and Pineapple Juice. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 1 1/4 cup
• 1 2/3 cup
• 2 tsp
• 2/3 cup
• 1/4 cup

Method (preview)

   Mix bananas, pineapple and suger in large bowl.

   Add sifted flour and cinnamon, combine using a wooden spoon.

   Whisk together oil, juice and eggs, add to the above mixture.

   Stir until well mixed.

   Pour mixture into a 9 inch greased and floured cake tin. Bake in a preheated oven 350F.

   Cook for 1 hour or until skewer comes out clean.

   Leave for about 10 minutes then turn out on to a wire rack to cool.
