Beer 01

A home-style Beer 01 made with Vinegar, Olive Oil, Celery, Milk, and Margarine Or Butter. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup
• 1 cup
• 1 tbsp
• 3 tbsp
• 1 tsp

Method (preview)

   Cook potatoes by your favorite method.

   Peel and dice when warm enough to hand.

   Mix the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to make a marinade.

   Mix into potatoes with onion and celery. cool mixture.

   Heat milk and butter.

   Mix cornstarch with cold water to make a paste.

   Add to milk mixture with seasonings and cook and stir till thick.

   Add beer slowly and stir smooth.

   Divide potato mixture on lettuce lined plates.

    Top with the beer sauce.
