Beer Cake

Beer Cake comes together with Lt Brown Sugar, Flour, Cinnamon, and Baking Soda. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Cream shortening sugar and add and blend in eggs.

   Combine dry ingredients and mix well into creamed ingredients.

   Stir in last the nuts, dates and cold beer and mix well.

   Place into a greased tube pan or 2 loaf pans.

   Bake 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or tested done.

   When cold, sift on powdered sugar.
