Blueberry 03

• 1/2 cup

   Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 8x8x2 pan. Toss berries with 4 Tablespoons flour. Sift cake flour, baking powder and salt.

   Set aside.

   Cream butter and sugar.

   Add egg and mix well.

   Add vanilla.

   Add flour mixture and milk.

   Fold in berries.
