Bread Butter 05

Bread Butter 05 is built on White Sugar, Milk, and Brown Sugar. Add it to your meal plan and shop the whole list in one go.

Ingredients

Method (preview)

   Grease a 6-cup round baking dish with butter. layer bread and raisins, reserving enough raisins to sprinkle on top.

   Slide lemon rind down opposite sides of the dish.

   Whip eggs and white sugar with balloon whisk.

   Add milk and mix well.

   Pour over bread, pushing down on the bread so it gets soaked.

   Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

   Bake for 30 minutes until pudding has risen and top is crusty and golden brown. 6 servings
