Buttermilk 03

Method (preview)

   Combine the ingredients in order: mix the butter with the sugar, add the flour and mix well; add the eggs and mix well add the salt, vanilla, and finally the buttermilk.

   Beat until smooth.

   Put it in a deep dish pie shell and bake at 400F for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350F for 50-60 minutes.

   Serve warm.
