Buttermilk Pecan

Buttermilk Pecan is built on Margarine Melted, All Purpose Flour, Buttermilk, Sugar, and Salt. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

Ingredients

• 1 stick
• 1/3 cup
• 1 1/4 cup
• 2 cup
• 1 pinch
• 1/2 tsp
• 1 tsp

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Mix butter, flour, eggs, buttermilk, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla together well. Pour into crusts.

   Top with pecan halves (usually I put in a starburst on top).

   Dust with nutmeg and cinnamon lightly across the top.

   Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
