Caramel 03

Ingredients

• 1/2 stick
• 1/4 cup

Method (preview)

   2 layer cake butter cake mix 1 cup sugar

   Combine sugars, butter, milk and vanilla and bring to a boil.

   When boiling hard, time for 3 minutes.

   Remove from heat and allow to cool, stirring occasionally to prevent graining. (if your cake layers are cool, you may use an electric mixer to speed this up)

   When icing is cool enough to be fairly stiff, ice cake.
