Carob Cinn Cake

A home-style Carob Cinn Cake made with Honey, Vegetable Oil, Vanilla, Milk Or Water, and Whole Wheat Flour. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

Ingredients

• 1 cup
• 2 1/4 cup

• 1/2 tsp
• 2 tbsp
• 4 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Preheat oven to 350 F. Measure honey into large mixing bowl, add vegetable oil and mix.

   Add eggs and blend with a spoon.

   Mix in vanilla.

   Add milk or water and mix well.

   Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

   Add to liquids, stirring constantly.

   Grease and flour Bundt pan or 11" x 8" cake pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes.
