   In small bowl, combine raisins and 1/4 cup warm water. Set aside.

   In medium mixing bowl place remaining ingredients; toss to combine.

   Drain raisins, reserving 1 tbsp water. Add raisins and reserved water to carrot mixture and toss to combine.
