Cheese Dip 02

A home-style Cheese Dip 02 made with Monterrey Jack Cheese, Butter, Milk, and Each Minced Jalapenos And Onions. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

Ingredients

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Saute onions and jalapenos in 1 TB olive oil until translucent.

   Melt butter in pan and add flour.

   Stir to make a paste..do not burn only lightly brown.

   Remove from heat.

   Add milk and stir constantly until smooth.

   Add onions and jalapenos along with cheese and salt and pepper.

   Stir over low-med heat until cheese is melted.
