Cheesecake 03

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup

• 1/4 tsp

• 3 cup

Method (preview)

   Mix crumbs, nuts, cinnamon and butter together with a fork.

   Press into bottom and up sides of 9 inch (23 cm) springform pan.

   Mix together the eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt vanilla and almond flavor until smooth.

   Blend in the sour cream at the end.

   Pour into the crumb crust.

   Bake at 350-375 deg F (175-190 deg C) 45-60 minutes until just setting near the middle.

   Alternately cook at 350 deg F for 40 minutes, until beginning to set 5 cm from edge of pan, then turns off oven and lets sit in hot oven for 1 hour.

   Chill well 4-5 hours.
