Ingredients

• 1/4 tsp
• 3 tbsp
• 2 1/2 cup

Method (preview)

   Combine all of the ingredients and marinade chicken overnight in the refrigerator.

   Barbecue chicken as usual.

   To thicken the sauce to brush onto chicken during grilling, you can drain some of the marinade off into a pot, add some cornstarch (1/4 c or so) and heat until it the starch gelatinizes.

   Brush onto chicken as it cooks.
