Chicken 19

Chicken 19 is built on Worcestershire Sauce, Oil, White Vinegar, Wine Vinegar, and Garlic Powder. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   3 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix 2 lemons, thinly sliced

   Combine all ingredients in large shallow container; add chicken.

   Marinate at room temperature for 4 hours or in refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Use marinade as basting sauce when grilling chicken.

   Remove lemon from any remaining marinade and refrigerate for future use.
