Chocolate 06

Ingredients

• 2 oz
• 2 tbsp
• 1/3 cup
• 1 cup
• 1/4 tsp
• 2 1/2 cup
• 3/4 tsp
• 1/3 cup

Method (preview)

   Gradually add 1 cup milk, stirring until smooth. Add remaining milk and cook until thick.

   Beat egg yolks well. Add some of hot mixture to eggs, then combine with chocolate mixture. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.

   Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour immediately into cooled pie shell. Cool.

   Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
