Chocolate Cake 03

   Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into ungreased square (9") cake pan. Bake 30-35 minute at 350F. Frost or serve plain with ice/whipped cream.

   Mix together icing sugar and cocoa in proportions for light brown colour.

   Add brandy and vanilla.

   Start adding margarine, beating with a fork.

   Beat well after each addition until mixture is well and truly mixed through.

   Continue 'til mixture is spreadable but still fluffy.
