   Mix the dry ingredients.

   Add the liquids.

   Mix well, should be a thick, moist batter.

   Pour into a lightly oiled tin, bake 350F / 180C for about 30 minutes.

   The product is fairly dense, like a brownie. For a nice variant, add cinammon (1 tsp) and/or ginger (1/2 tsp).
