Method (preview)

   Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, extracts and chocolate. Mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

   Stir flour into chocolate/butter mixture, then stir in oatmeal.

   Stir in coconut.

   Form drop cookies about 1 Tablespoon size on lightly buttered cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 minutes or so depending on size of cookies.
