Chocolate Pudding 09

Make Chocolate Pudding 09 at home with Sugar, Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, and Brown Sugar. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 1/2 tsp
• 1/2 cup
• 1 1/2 oz

Method (preview)

   1 Tbs cocoa 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 oz butter milk to mix Break the egg into a bowl in which the pudding is to be cooked.

   Add 1/2 cup sugar and the juice of one lemon. Whisk until thick.

   In a separate bowl sift dry ingredients and rub in butter.

   Add well packed brown sugar.

   Stir in enough milk to make a moist dough.

   Spoon on top of lemon, egg and sugar mixture. Steam rapidly 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
