Cinnamon 02

Cinnamon 02 is built on Soft Shortening Part Butter, Sugar, Buttermilk, Vanilla, and Flour Add An Extra Flour If Desired. Add it to your meal plan and shop the whole list in one go.

Ingredients

Method (preview)

   Combine butter, sugar and egg. Stir in buttermilk and vanilla.

   Stir in flour, soda and salt.

   Chill dough about 1 hour.

   Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.

   Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon).

   Bake 400 deg. oven for 8 to 10 min, until set but not brown.
