Coconut 03

Make Coconut 03 at home with Cake Flour Sifted, Baking Powder, Salt, Butter, and Vanilla. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Grease and flour a 10" tube pan.

   Sift flour and measure; add baking powder and salt to flour and sift again.

   Cream butter until light and fluffy.

   Add sugar gradually.

   Beat well.

   Add eggs on at a time, then vanilla.

   Fold in coconut, flour and milk, starting with flour.

   Bake 350 deg. for 65-70 min.
