Coconut Cream 02

Ingredients

• 1 tsp
• 6 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, and milk. Bring to a boil. Remove.

   Add yolks, butter, vanilla, and coconut. Pour into pie shell.

   Chill. Beat egg whites to peak. Slowly add sugar; spread over pie. Sprinkle with coconut. Brown in oven.
