Coffee 01

   3 3-inch cinnamon sticks 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise 3/4 cup ground dark roast coffee

   Place cinnamon in coffee pot. Scrape in vanilla seeds and add pod.

   Brew coffee with 10 cups water.

   Whip cream to soft peaks.

   Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

   Pour coffee into cups; add liqueur to taste.

   Top with cream.
