Coffee 13

Coffee 13 comes together with Butter, Sugar, Flour, Baking Soda, and Sour Cream. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Grease a 9 x 13 (at least) loaf cake pan.

   Mix the batter, creaming the butter and sugar and adding the eggs, one at a time.

   Add the almond flavor, and then the sifted baking soda and flour.

   Mix in the sour cream.

   Pour batter into the pan. Spread the pie filling over the batter.

   Sprinkle streusel topping over the filling, and bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes (may take longer).
