Method (preview)

   Cream butter with sugar, add eggs one at a time and beat until the mixture is smooth.

   Add milk gradually with vanilla.

   Combine dry ingredients with a whisk; add to the creamed mixture.

   Stir until thoroughly blended.

   Pour batter into a well greased 12x15 inch pan.

   Blend brown sugar, flour, butter, and oatmeal until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle on top of batter. Pat down gently with fingers.
