Coffee Caramel

Coffee Caramel comes together with Butter, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Milk, and Baking Soda. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp
• 2 tbsp
• 1/2 cup
• 2 tbsp
• 1/2 cup
• 1/2 tsp
• 1 tsp
• 1 cup
• 1/2 tsp

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Heat the above ingredients in a small saucepan. Mix well and pour into the base of a greased basin.

   Beat egg and sugar until light.

   Add butter and milk with soda dissolved in it.

   Sift dry ingredients.

   Fold in and add vanilla and coffee essence.

   Pour into basin and steam 1 hour.
