   Sift together flour and salt.

   Cream butter.

   Gradually add sugar, creaming well Blend in eggs and vanilla; beat well.

   Add the dry ingredients gradually and mix thoroughly.

   Using other plates from the cookie press make other shapes, for example the bar shape to make a long finger shaped cookie and dip the ends in melted chocolate and chopped nuts.

   You can also put two cookies together filled with melted chocolate.

   Bake, in a moderate oven (375F) 10 to 12 min. until delicately browned.
