Crumb 03

Crumb 03 is a cakes recipe made with Brown Sugar, Flour, Shortening, and Sour Milk. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Mix first 4 ingredients together in crumb form.

   Save 1/2 c. to put on top.

3. 3

   Add last 3 ingredients to remaining ingredients.

   Mix well and put in small, 8"-9" square baking pan (I spray it with PAM).

   Bake at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until it springs back when touched in the middle or a toothpick comes out clean.
