Cupcakes 01

Cupcakes 01 comes together with Lean Ground Beef, Seasoned Bread Crumbs, Monterey Jack Cheese, Celery Salt, and Pepper. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 1 cup
• 1/2 tsp
• 1/4 tsp
• 3 cup

Method (preview)

   Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Line 12 muffin tin cups with foil bake cups.

   In a large bowl, mix together all of the meatloaf ingredients until well combined.

   Divide the mixture evenly among the lined cups (about 3/4 full).

   Bake cupcakes for about 15 minutes or until cooked through

   Divide the mashed potatoes among three small bowls and stir in a few drops of food coloring to create pastel frostings.

   Frost the meatloaf cakes with the potato frosting.
