Eggnog 04

Eggnog 04 is built on Dairy Eggnog, Flour, Salt, Sugar, and Vanilla. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

• 2 1/4 cup
• 1/2 tsp
• 1 cup
• 1 tsp
• 2 tsp

Method (preview)

   Grease bottom only of a 9x5 loaf pan.

   Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, oleo, rum and vanilla extract.

   Blend well and add flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.

   Stir just until moist.

   Pour into pan, Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when tested.

   Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan.

   For smaller loaves use 5-3/4 x 3-1/4-inch pan and bake 35 - 40 minutes.
