Fruit Cocktail 01

Fruit Cocktail 01 is a cakes recipe made with Cooking Oil, Fruit Cocktail With Juice, Brown Sugar Packed, Butter Or Margarine, and Granulated Sugar. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 1/2 cup
• 1/2 cup
• 1/2 cup

Method (preview)

   1 yellow cake mix, 2 layer size 1 instant lemon pudding mix, 4 serving size

   Preheat oven to 325.

   Put cake mix, pudding mix, coconut, cooking oil, eggs, fruit cocktail and juice into mixing bowl.

   Beat about 3 minutes.

   Pour into bottom-greased 9x13 inch pan.

   Mix sugar and pecans together.

   Sprinkle over top.

   Bake in oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until an inserted wooden pick comes comes out clean.

   Glaze: Put butter, sugar and milk in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
