Fudge Truffle 02

Make Fudge Truffle 02 at home with Vanilla Wafer Crumbs, Powdered Sugar, Butter, Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, and Cream Cheese. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Combine all ingredients and press into bottom of 9" springform pan.

   Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

   Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

   Add chocolate and remaining ingredients; mix well.

   Pour into prepared pan.

   Bake 1 hr. 5 min. or until center is set.

   Cool; chill.
