   Add rind and sugar to butter; cream well. Add egg yolks; beat well. Add lemon juice, flour, grape nuts, and milk. Mix well.

   Fold in egg whites.

   Bake in a greased pan. Place pan in hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour.
