Grasshopper 02

Ingredients

Method (preview)

   After filling has cooled, whip the whipping cream until stiff.

   Add creme de menthe and creme de cocoa.

   Blend in marshmallow mixture and pour into chocolate cookie crust.

   Chill.

   Crush the cookies. (This is not that easy. Use a rolling pin, heavy hammer, whatever). Stir melted butter into the crushed cookies.

   Shape the cookie mixture on the bottom and sides of a pie plate.
