Method (preview)

   Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring constantly over medium-high flame until lightly toasted.

   When toasted, gradually add all the water, stirring constantly to prevent lumping (a wire wisk is ideal).

   When blended, add last 3 ingredients and mix well.
