   Form the meatball mixture in little balls and fry them in a skillet until browned. Drain grease.

   For sauce, combine pineapple juice, ketchup and brown sugar.

   Cook the sauce a few minutes over medium heat, then pour over meatballs and cook over medium heat until done.
