Honey 01

Method (preview)

   Crush, peel and mash the garlic.

   Warm honey and mix with all the ingredients.

   Pour into a plastic bag or bowl and add the food to be marinated, turn to coat.

   Cover or seal and marinate for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.

   This goes very well with pork fillets, ribs or chops.
