Honey Chocolate

A home-style Honey Chocolate made with Bar Cadbury S Bournville Chocolate, Honey, Lemon Juice, Unsalted Butter, and Cornflour. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 3 1/2 oz
• 2 2/3 tbsp
• 2 2/3 tbsp
• 1 3/4 oz
• 1 1/3 tbsp
• 1/2 cup

Method (preview)

   Break the chocolate into a pan, then stir in all the other ingredients over a gentle heat until mixed together.

   Bring to the boil stirring continuously and boil for a minute.

   Serve immediately.
